1. Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption

All products sold by Plum Labs Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
1.2 Not for Human or Veterinary Use
Our products are not intended for human consumption, injection, inhalation, topical use, or any form of administration to humans or animals.
1.3 No Drug or Food Use
Products are not sold as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They must not be used in or as any such products.
1.4 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our products only in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines governing research materials and laboratory safety.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
2.1 Qualified Customers Only
By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or other professional entity familiar with the handling, storage, and risks of research chemicals and/or peptides.
2.2 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website and purchase from this site.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information you provide to us (including account, payment, and shipping details) is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Proper Handling & Storage
You are solely responsible for understanding and implementing appropriate handling, storage, and disposal procedures for all products purchased.
3.2 Risk Assessment
You acknowledge that many research chemicals and peptides may pose risks, including toxicity, instability, or other hazards. You agree to conduct your own risk assessment and to use adequate safety measures, equipment, and protocols.
3.3 Training & Supervision
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who handles the products on your behalf is properly trained, supervised, and informed of all risks and safety requirements.
3.4 No Resale for Human Use
You will not resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer our products for any purpose that involves, suggests, or facilitates human or veterinary consumption or administration.
4. Product Information & Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
4.1 Informational Use Only
Any product descriptions, technical information, or educational content (including social media content such as TikTok videos) are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, diagnostic, treatment, or dosing advice.
4.2 Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
We may provide COAs and related documentation to support transparency and quality control. These documents do not change the intended use of the products as research-only materials and do not constitute regulatory approval or endorsement.
4.3 No Medical Claims
We do not claim that any product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals.
5. Ordering, Pricing & Payment
5.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect misuse or intended human consumption.
5.2 Pricing & Changes
Prices, descriptions, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
5.3 Payments
By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5.4 Right to Refuse Service
Plum Labs Research reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, request additional verification, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Orders suspected of fraud, misuse, regulatory violations, resale for prohibited purposes, chargeback abuse, or intended human or veterinary use may be canceled without prior notice.
6. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Customs
6.1 Shipping
We will arrange shipment to the address you provide. Any delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
6.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
6.3 Customs & Regulations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the import, possession, and use of our products comply with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any duties, taxes, or customs requirements.
6.4 Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6.5 Carrier Delays
Plum Labs Research is not responsible for carrier delays resulting from weather events, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, labor shortages, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, returns may be limited or unavailable except in specific circumstances, such as receiving the wrong item or a product damaged in transit.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised may not be eligible for return or refund.

9.3 Purchaser Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for their intended research application and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, laboratory protocols, and industry standards.
9.4 Exclusion of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plum Labs Research shall not be liable for any injury, illness, contamination, property damage, laboratory damage, research interruption, data loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, regulatory action, legal action, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
- The purchase of any product
- Storage or handling of any product
- Reconstitution or preparation of any product
- Laboratory experimentation or testing
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper application
- Failure to follow recommended storage conditions
- Use inconsistent with the Research Use Only designation
- Reliance upon product descriptions, educational materials, or informational content
- Third-party shipping or transportation services
- Product performance within a specific research protocol or study
9.5 No Guarantee of Research Outcomes
Plum Labs Research makes no guarantee regarding the suitability of any product for a particular research objective, experiment, publication, laboratory procedure, or anticipated outcome. Research results may vary based on methodology, equipment, environmental conditions, handling procedures, and numerous factors outside the control of Plum Labs Research.
9.6 Information and Documentation Disclaimer

Plum Labs Research makes no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, interpretation, or applicability of such information.

In no event shall the total cumulative liability of Plum Labs Research, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, agents, successors, or assigns exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9.9 Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plum Labs Research, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, penalties, fines, settlements, and attorney’s fees arising from or related to the purchaser’s possession, storage, handling, resale, transfer, distribution, or use of any product supplied by Plum Labs Research.
9.10 Survival
The provisions contained within this Section 9 shall survive any sale, refund, replacement, return, account closure, termination of service, or termination of the relationship between the purchaser and Plum Labs Research.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plum Labs Research and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your use of our products, any breach of these Terms, or any use of products involving human or animal consumption in violation of these Terms.
11. Affiliate Program Requirements
11.1 Affiliate Program Participation
Participation in the Plum Labs Research Affiliate Program is subject to the Plum Labs Research Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions governing affiliate eligibility, commissions, promotional practices, marketing conduct, and continued participation in the program.
All affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with these requirements, the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, applicable laws and regulations, and the rules and policies of any platform or community used for promotion.
11.2 Affiliate Marketing & Claims Standards
All Plum Labs Research affiliates must promote Plum Labs Research and its products exclusively within their stated laboratory research context.
Affiliates may not make, publish, distribute, communicate, or imply claims regarding:
Human or veterinary use or consumption
Dosing, dosage recommendations, dosing schedules, or dosing protocols
Injection, administration, or routes of administration
Preparation or reconstitution instructions intended to facilitate human or veterinary use
Treatment, prevention, cure, or diagnosis of any disease, illness, or medical condition
Therapeutic or clinical use
Weight loss, fat loss, muscle growth, or other human body-composition outcomes
Human health, wellness, or physiological outcomes inconsistent with the stated intended use of the applicable product
Affiliates may not represent or imply that Plum Labs Research products are approved, manufactured, sold, or intended for human or veterinary use.
Research-related information must be presented accurately and in a manner consistent with the stated laboratory research purpose of the applicable product.
11.3 Promotional Content & Creative Materials
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content accurately represents Plum Labs Research products and their stated intended use.
Plum Labs Research reserves the right to require modification, removal, or prior approval of affiliate-created promotional materials, including but not limited to:
Social media posts
Videos and livestreams
Graphics and advertisements
Product descriptions
Email marketing
Websites and landing pages
Blogs or other written content
Affiliate links and discount-code promotions
Other digital or physical promotional materials
Affiliates may use promotional materials supplied or approved by Plum Labs Research. Approved materials may not be altered in a manner that changes their meaning, removes required disclaimers, misrepresents a product, or introduces prohibited claims.
Spam, Flooding & Excessive Promotion
Spam, flooding, and repetitive or excessive promotion of Plum Labs Research are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not spam, flood, or repeatedly distribute promotional content, affiliate links, discount codes, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional messages across social media platforms, online communities, comment sections, groups, forums, direct messages, or other digital channels.
Affiliates must respect the promotional rules, community standards, and terms of service of each platform, group, forum, or community in which they participate.
Any affiliate found engaging in spam, flooding, abusive promotional practices, or repeated unsolicited promotion may have their affiliate privileges immediately revoked and may be terminated from the Plum Labs Research Affiliate Program.
11.4 Monitoring & Compliance
Plum Labs Research reserves the right to review and monitor publicly available affiliate promotional activity to determine compliance with these requirements, the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, and applicable advertising requirements.
This may include review of publicly available affiliate websites, social media accounts, advertisements, videos, posts, promotional materials, and other content associated with the promotion of Plum Labs Research.
If Plum Labs Research identifies promotional content that violates these requirements, the affiliate may be required to modify, correct, or remove the content promptly upon notice.
Affiliates are expected to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests from Plum Labs Research.
Continued failure to correct or remove noncompliant content may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.
11.5 Violations & Enforcement
Failure to comply with these Affiliate Program & Marketing Requirements may result in corrective or enforcement action at the discretion of Plum Labs Research.
Such action may include:
Requiring modification or removal of noncompliant promotional content
Issuing a compliance warning
Restricting promotional privileges
Suspending affiliate participation
Deactivating affiliate links or discount codes
Terminating participation in the Plum Labs Research Affiliate Program
Serious violations, including prohibited human-use claims, dosing or administration instructions, fraudulent or misleading advertising, spam or flooding, or conduct that creates significant compliance or reputational risk, may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning.
Commission eligibility associated with prohibited or noncompliant promotional activity may also be subject to the applicable Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
Plum Labs Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate when their activity creates compliance, regulatory, payment-processing, reputational, or legal risk to Plum Labs Research.
11.6 Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates operate as independent participants in the Plum Labs Research Affiliate Program and are responsible for the content they create, publish, distribute, or communicate.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not authorize an affiliate to make representations, warranties, medical claims, scientific claims, or other statements on behalf of Plum Labs Research beyond information expressly provided or approved by Plum Labs Research.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional practices comply with applicable advertising requirements, disclosure requirements, platform policies, and these Affiliate Program & Marketing Requirements.
11.7 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Affiliates and prospective affiliates are responsible for reviewing and complying with the complete Plum Labs Research Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the applicable Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions and these Affiliate Program & Marketing Requirements.

12. Intellectual Property
Brand Name, Intellectual Property, and Authorized Use
12.1 Brand Ownership
“Plum Labs Research,” the Plum Labs Research logo, product names, graphics, website content, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), product images, documentation, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Plum Labs Research LLC unless otherwise stated.
12.2 Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from Plum Labs Research LLC or Plum Collective Holdings LLC, you may not:
- Use the Plum Labs Research name, logo, branding, or other identifying marks in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any Certificates of Analysis (COAs), testing reports, product images, website content, or documentation for commercial purposes.
- Use any Plum Labs Research COA, testing data, or laboratory documentation to advertise, market, promote, or represent products that were not purchased directly from Plum Labs Research.
- Modify, crop, alter, obscure, or remove identifying information from any Plum Labs Research materials.
- Present Plum Labs Research testing documentation in a way that could reasonably mislead consumers regarding the origin, identity, testing, quality, or source of any product.
12.3 Limited Permission
Customers who purchase products directly from Plum Labs Research may download and retain the applicable COAs for their own internal reference and research documentation. This limited permission does not grant any right to reproduce, publish, distribute, or use those materials for commercial advertising, resale marketing, or promotional purposes.
12.4 Reservation of Rights
Plum Labs Research LLC reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Unauthorized use of our brand name, trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials, COAs, testing reports, or other proprietary content may result in legal action, including requests for injunctive relief, monetary damages where permitted by law, and recovery of attorneys’ fees where authorized.
12.5 Reporting Unauthorized Use
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of Plum Labs Research branding, testing documentation, or intellectual property, please contact us immediately at support@plumlabsresearch.com.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update or change these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
