Order Review & Right To Refuse Service

Plum Labs Research reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or request additional verification for any order at its sole discretion.

Orders flagged for suspected fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may be canceled and refunded without further obligation.

Product Variability

Research compounds may naturally exhibit batch-to-batch cosmetic differences that do not impact product identity, purity, potency, or intended laboratory use.

Variations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lyophilized cake size or volume
  • Powder density and texture
  • Powder color or shade
  • Surface appearance and crystallization patterns
  • Degree of vial coating or residue
  • Fill height within the vial
  • Reconstitution speed and visual appearance during mixing

Due to differences in molecular weight, density, moisture content, and lyophilization characteristics, equal quantities of material may occupy different physical volumes. As a result, one vial may appear fuller or less full than another despite containing the correct amount of material.

Certain compounds may naturally appear white, off-white, cream-colored, blue, orange, red or exhibit slight batch-to-batch color variation. These cosmetic differences are common within research manufacturing and are not considered indicators of contamination, degradation, or manufacturing defects.

Additionally, lyophilized materials may appear as:

  • A solid cake
  • A partially collapsed cake
  • A powder layer
  • Crystalline material
  • Material adhered to the sides of the vial

These appearances may vary depending on the compound and manufacturing process and do not necessarily indicate a quality issue.

Net content is verified through manufacturing quality control procedures and analytical testing where applicable. Visual estimation of quantity based solely on powder volume, fill height, or cake appearance is not a reliable indicator of actual content.

Cosmetic differences in product appearance are expected and are not eligible grounds for refunds, replacements, exchanges, or chargebacks.

Storage & Handling Responsibility

Products must be stored according to the storage conditions listed on the product page, product label, or accompanying documentation.

Plum Labs Research is not responsible for product degradation, contamination, reduced stability, or loss of integrity resulting from improper storage, handling, transportation after delivery, reconstitution, environmental exposure, or laboratory procedures performed by the customer.

Once a product has been delivered, proper storage and handling become the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
